Frequently Asked Questions

Most courses focus on slide design or generic "tips." At Peers and Players, we use professional actors to provide a live audience for you to practice with. This allows you to test your delivery, receive instant feedback from the listener’s perspective, receive useful coaching, and adjust your style in real-time.

Yes. This is one of our most popular requests. We can customize the workshop or 1:1 coaching session to "stress-test" your actual presentation. Our actors play the role of a difficult board, a skeptical client, or internal team, and rehearse powerful presentation skills to ensure you are prepared for any reaction.

Yes. Presenting with impact via Zoom, Teams, or Webex requires a different set of skills: vocal energy, eye contact with the lens, and managing digital engagement. We include modules specifically for hybrid and remote presentation mastery.

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast

We use techniques from the world of professional acting. Rather than just telling you to "relax," we teach physical and vocal grounding exercises, coupled with NLP and other therapeutic techniques  to help manage the adrenaline, allowing you to stay present and focused.

While we teach how to structure a compelling narrative, our unique value lies in the delivery. We believe you are the message. We focus on how your body language, vocal tone, and energy impact the audience’s trust and retention.

Yes. We offer this as a group workshop (half-day or full-day) or as a series of sessions. Group sessions often include "Forum Theater," where the team watches actors play out a ‘Fishbowl” performed scenario and directs them to improve the outcome, as well as individual and group discussion and exercises.

We utilize structured frameworks to help you prepare quickly. This includes defining your Audience (A), your Intent (I), and your Message (M) to ensure that every word you speak serves a clear strategic purpose.

Q&A is where many presenters lose their impact. We create scenarios and use actors to simulate "hot seat" questions, aggressive, or off-topic. We teach you frameworks to validate the questioner while staying in control of the narrative.

In our intensive and 1:1 sessions, we often record segments of the practice presentations. This "video playback" combined with expert coaching from our actors provides an undeniable "mirror" for participants to understand exactly where they can improve.
