Jonathan graduated in 2003 from University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Theatre Performance). Since graduating he has worked professionally in Musical Theatre, Opera, Theatre, Corporate Entertainment, Children’s Entertainment, Theatre in Education and Concerts. Corporate video work includes work for Darrell Hilton Productions and Coup. His corporate entertainment work includes The Three Waiters (Mark Bradley International) and NSW Operations Manager for Vavachi Entertainment.

Jonathan Chan

James has acted as a corporate role-player for over 20 years, in development programs across various sectors throughout Australia including finance and professional services, ICT, law, engineering, transport, medical, education, and government. James has delivered credible and sustained performances at the executive level for several of these clients, including C-Level roles for NAB, performances at the partner level for KPMG, and ministerial-level roles for the Australian Public Service Commission.

James Bean

For the past twelve years, Ian has also worked as an actor and trainer in learning and development, delivering events and programs in the UK for London-based training company Bi-Jingo, with clients including Credit Suisse, General Motors, Goldman Sachs and AMS. Now based in Australia, where he has worked as a facilitator and actor for a broad range of clients, from NAB to Monash University, the Department of Defence, Fairfax Media and Australia Post. Ian is also an established magazine feature-writer and columnist.

Lan Rose

Glen has been acting since 2001, which adds unique skills in his presentation and communication skills. His role plays and simulations appear real so that business scenarios can be played out and subsequently debriefed to enhance learnings. Glen’s professional experience includes leadership development, talent management, facilitation, training, coaching, role play, acting, recruitment and financial services.

Glen Hancox

Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology/Media/Drama). Georgia Bolton is a facilitator, actor, coach and trainer. TV acting credits include Party Tricks, Better Man, House Husbands, Underbelly and Neighbours. She has worked with Peers and Players since 2007. Georgia has worked in a diverse range of industries, at all levels, from graduates to managers, senior leaders and executive leadership teams. Extensive role-play and corporate performance experience for Peers and Players, Maura Fay Workshops, KPMG, ABT, Stockland, Liveworks and RCH,IBM, DLA Piper, Monash University, Melbourne Water, Mazda, GSK etc.

Georgia Bolton

BA Communications Writing Film, BA Theatre, Drama Centre London Cert IV Training Assessment. Highly regarded by Clients as a Role Player, Facilitator and Trainer. She founded Talking Brief; Persuasive Communication for Lawyers. Clients include: VIC, NSW, QLD Bar Associations, VIC Legal Aid, NSW Crown Solicitors, presenting at: International Advocacy Teachers Conference, Italy, CLEAA Conference Sydney.

Elaine Paton

Drayton is a NIDA graduate and has enjoyed a successful career in theatre, television and film for over twenty years. Drayton is the founder and current Literary Manager of the Australian play development organization Parnassus’ Den based at the SBW Stables Theatre in Sydney. Drayton’s experience in corporate training & role-play is extensive working both nationally and internationally. A regular employee of Peers and Players he has experience in the training of Australian Government bureaucrats for CDAC’s as well as in the fields of medicine, employment services, financial planning and the training of management for corporate clients.

Donna has worked as an actor, voice over artist and presenter for over 20 years in theatre, film and television. In the corporate and educational sectors, Donna has worked extensively with both improvisational and scripted role play for training, professional development and recruitment in areas such as conflict resolution, relational mediation, customer service, management and medical training.

Donna Brooks

Brian holds a Bachelor of Performing Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (with distinction). He is also trained and experienced in the administration, integration and interpretation of various psychometric instruments for senior leaders, such as strategic and in-tray exercises, coaching role plays and a range of psychometric tools. He has been performing role-play in a variety of scenarios for Peers and Players with the APSC, Stockland, HSF, KPMG , Herbert Smith Freehills and other organizations since 2000.

Brian Langsworth

Masters in Fine Arts from The New School for Drama. In Australia was a business development manager and advised on the board of a financial advising company. Eleanor has worked extensively as an actress in new York and regionally across the USA.

Eleanor’s Corporate Role Play, Coaching and Facilitation experience ranges across a wide range of companies, in the finance, legal, pharmaceutical and academic sectors. She has worked with Peers and Players since 2002 in Australia and the USA. Her personal experience as an investment consultant, coach, teacher and communications training and her understanding of finance and management make her the ideal high-level facilitator and manager of our New York Team.
