Lisa is trained in NLP and is a certified workplace trainer. She attended NIDA and is known for her work as an actor, producer and director on stage and screen. In 1998 Lisa founded Peers and Players, to help businesses with their internal and external communication challenges in Assessment, Development and Training programs. Since 1996, Lisa has been a senior role-play actor, coach, and facilitator.

Lisa Peers

Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies, UNSW; Acting training at Ensemble Studios; Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Psychology, UNE. Yvette was Managing Director of Theatre-in-Education “Shakespeare Where You Like It’ for four years and has screen experience including All Saints, Water Rats, Police Rescue, GP, and Home and Away. She works extensively in the corporate sector; role play, real play, coaching and facilitating staff training programs for clients including: Citicorp; ABN Amro; NAB; Amex, KPMG; Ernst & Young; QANTAS; Keller Engineering, Sinclair Knight Mertz; Baker & McKenzie; Johnson & Johnson and the Australian Public Service Commission. She is currently undertaking her PhD in Psychology.

Yvette Alcott

Graduate of University of Qld with a Bachelor of Arts Tanya developed her theatre improvisation skills playing TheatreSports with Impro Melbourne and studied acting with Drama with a Difference. She has national accreditation as a mediator through LEADR and is an experienced facilitator; using her improvisation skills to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment, particularly in communication, negotiation and emotional intelligence training. Tanya has an Advanced Diploma in Group Facilitation. A member of Peers and Players since 2011, her role-play clients include KPMG, National Australia Bank, Centrelink, VPS, St John of God Health Care, Monash University, Royal Australian College of Surgeons, HEAL (Health Education Australia Limited), Australian Catholic University, Melbourne University and RANZCOG.

Tanya Edlington

MA, Dip.Ed. Steve has been a professional actor, director, lecturer and performance coach for thirty years. He has worked in theatre, film, TV and radio In the last fifteen years he has specialized as an acting teacher. He is also a coach and consultant in performance and leadership, working with a range of clients throughout Australia and overseas in numerous organizations such as Ernst and Young, Horwaths, BHP, Estee Lauder and The Australia Council.

Steve Matthews

Actors Centre Australia graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) from UTS. Rosie has worked as a professional actor, director, writer, producer performing arts teacher and corporate role player/trainer. Rosie also has over 10 years customer service, administrative and managerial experience within tertiary education institutions as well as several years experience in national and international public policy development in International Human Rights and Indigenous affairs. Rosie currently runs her own film production company through which she is currently producing an independent Australian feature film, Skin Deep.

Rosie Lourde

Nick is a general manager for Australia’s leading internet broadcaster. He has produced hundreds of projects which he has won awards for in Australia and overseas. Nick is also an experienced Actor, Producer and Presenter, having trained at Darlo Drama, NIDA Short Courses and AFTRS, and founded Actors Anonymous.

Nick Bolton

Nick trained at the University of Newcastle, and has twenty-five years experience as a professional actor, director, and producer, in role-play, scripted theatre, improvisation, theatre restaurant, street theatre, musical theatre, and more. In improvisation, he trained with many of the world’s leading practitioners, and is Artistic Director of the largest event on the Australian improvised theatre calendar “Improvention”. As operator of Canberra’s role-play specialty group TIE InterAct, he knows the Canberra environment and has performed role-play scenarios, from government department head to family-law client to street criminals.

Nick Byrne

Mary has worked extensively as a role player for a diverse range of companies in banking, finance, psychology, medical, finance and the Australian Public service. She is also an award-winning writer, winning numerous awards. As an actor, Mary has decades of acting experience across Theatre, TV and Film. Originally from Canberra, Mary is a long-time member of the Peers and Players team.

Mary Rachel Brown

In a former life Khanh practiced law in-house at the Law Society of NSW processing applications to the Pro Bono Scheme for Legal Representation and Referrals. His legal training helped with public speaking, presenting and an understanding of corporate dealings and business. He is an actor in film, TV, theatre and corporate productions. And winner of a talent scholarship to the New York Film Academy for 2010. Khanh has worked with as a roleplayer and coach in tech and medical scenarios.

Khanh Trieu

A graduate of Actor’s Centre Australia. He is professional actor, improviser, writer, trainer and coach. James has worked closely with a number of professional independent theatre companies, providing coaching and training for other industry professionals. In 2012 he toured full time; performing, teaching and workshopping poetry with high schools around Australia with the Poetry In Action ensemble. James has worked as a Corporate Role-Player for organizations such as Xstrata Mines Mt Isa and the Mountainview Teacher’s conference.
