Shyam Sadasivan Often described as a professional all-rounder, Shyam makes business impact through his work in writing, training, coaching, and acting. Since 2001 he has worked in India, USA and UK in roles across the technology, operations, commercial and human aspects of business. With Masters degrees in Physics, Engineering and Business, he balances academic rigor with contemporary practice. As a Trainer, he has facilitated 500+ learning experiences for participants to discover and realize their true potential. As a Coach, he has helped professionals gain clarity, design change and make things happen with over 1000+ hours of coaching. Her solely owned consultancy offers occupational and behavioral assessments, learning interventions, and customized coaching for professionals. As a certified Birkman consultant and growth coach she has added value at all leadership levels, across geographies and sectors

She has been with Peers and Players for more than a decade, and has been a consultant coach for several global and local players in the field of leadership development and communication strategies. She is an active member of the National Coaching Council of the Women’s Indian Council of Commerce and Industry.

Shirley Hereford

With qualifications in Management, Psychology and Counseling, Rahul is a corporate trainer who uses theater techniques as an integral part of his workshops. Rahul has been with Peers and Players since 2010, performing role play and coaching for a variety of clients, including Goldman Sachs in Bangalore and Mumbai and for Courageous Conversations across APAC.

Prior to developing his training business Rahul worked in advertising in Mumbai. Since founding his company he has conducted programmes for over 8000 professionals, using roleplay to deliver invaluable, experiential learning.

Consultant Facilitator & Executive Coach, Johny has worked in Coaching, Facilitation, and Management Development since 1980. As Head of Learning, ANZ India, he was responsible for developing their Bangalore through capability and leadership development and a focus on ‘Customer Centricity’. He was Vice President, Learning & Development with 24/7 Customer, a BPO company, and works with the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Johny was VP of HR-Learning for IBM, India, responsible for Learning & Development in 7 business units, and responsible for Management, Leadership, Induction, Sales, and Technical Development. He led and utilized role-play. Johny is a Commerce Graduate with a postgraduate diploma in Business Admin. He is also a certified coach Emotional Intelligence Coach and Master NLP Practitioner.

Johny K Joseph

Divya is a multifaceted actor, coach, healer, trainer, and engineer. She is a respected member of the Bangalore theater community with 15+ years and over 20 theater productions to her credit as actor and costume designer.

Divya is an expert role player and facilitator. She considers herself an agent of change and coaches individuals and groups in empathic communication, personal presence and personal mastery. She is aa ICF certified Coach, trained counselor, NLP Master practitioner and founder of Anveshanam.in.

Divya Jain

With a Communications Degree, Anita has worked in marketing and training throughout a range of corporate and media environments, from training HP staff in communication, to being the National Head of Marketing in India for IAPMO, USA. In 2011 she founded The Tortilla Entertainment Company which runs various annual theatre festivals across the city.
Anita has extensive theatre experience from Shakespeare, to ‘Our Town’ and contemporary works at venues such as ART, Theatre Lab, and D&PG. She uses role-playing as a training tool and has utilized this in her corporate training work. She is actively engaged in theatre in education and is in the process of designing and executing an Arts syllabus for schools across the country. She has also trained with the Edinburgh Festival Directors program, bringing a global perspective to her training and other corporate projects.

Anita Mithra

A seasoned corporate coach and specialist in cross-cultural business communication and corporate NLP applications, Annelise uses her theatre experience to simulate workplace challenges Her experience in customer service and HR adds to her skills; facilitating learning through real-life scenarios: giving presentations, providing feedback, and influencing clients.

She has trained personnel across a range of industries from equity analysts to scientists and IT professionals, in countries like Costa Rica and Sri Lanka and Globally in the virtual world. Her clients include HCL Technologies, Amba Research, First Cisco, Source, Cognizant, HP, ITC Infotech, Hindustan Unilever and CBM Saron, Goldman Sachs and ANZ. Annelise Piers

A popular radio DJ and broadcaster with Hong Kong’s Metro Radio in the mid-90’s, Sean was educated in Hong Kong, Australia and Ireland. He graduated from the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts before attaining an Executive Diploma in Business Management. Sean also holds a Master’s Degree in Drama-in-Education from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. Sean is fluent in Cantonese, English and can communicate in Mandarin with a reasonably good standard. With over 16 years of experience in designing and facilitating training programs for multinational corporations across Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan, India, the United Kingdom and Australia, his training primarily caters for middle and senior management.

Sean Kwan

Jack is a trilingual Chinese actor and presenter with nine years experience of corporate role-play. He has worked on training projects for investment banks, audit and law firms in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English and regularly hosts a TV talk show in Mandarin (HLCTV). His corporate training work includes diversity, leadership, feedback and communication skills workshops. He is also accomplished in role-play, real-play, forum theater, improvisation and feedback. Role-play clients include Goldman Sachs, HSBC, UBS, Mercer, Herbert Smith, KPMG and many others.

Jack Law

Nina is a multilingual actress living in London and working across Europe mainly in German and English languages.

She is a member of Actors Equity and works in Film, TV and voiceover. Most recently she won an award for Best Actress in a leading role in The Devil You Know at the Hollywood Florida Film Festival. As a corporate actress she specialises in Role-Play, forum, coaching and facilitation in Legal, finance, medical and construction sectors. Some of her previous clients include, UBS, Eon, Tideway Thames Water and the NHS. Nina also has a BA Hons in German and European Studies.
