As Head of Learning, ANZ India, he was responsible for developing their Bangalore through capability and leadership development and a focus on ‘Customer Centricity’. He was Vice President, Learning & Development with 24/7 Customer, a BPO company, and works with the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Johny was VP of HR-Learning for IBM, India, responsible for Learning & Development in 7 business units, and responsible for Management, Leadership, Induction, Sales, and Technical Development. He led and utilized role-play. Johny is a Commerce Graduate with a postgraduate diploma in Business Admin. He is also a certified coach Emotional Intelligence Coach and Master NLP Practitioner.
