Lisa is trained in NLP and is a certified workplace trainer. She attended NIDA and is known for her work as an actor, producer and director on stage and screen. In 1998 Lisa founded Peers and Players, to help businesses with their internal and external communication challenges in Assessment, Development and Training programs. Since 1996, Lisa has been a senior role-play actor, coach, and facilitator.

Lisa Peers

A Performance Artist in Los Angeles, New York, Europe, and South America. He has experience with most Bay Area Theatre companies and has a degree in Theater with an Emphasis in Acting from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television. He has roleplay experience across multiple industries for US and UK based companies in the US and Singapore. He has worked with Peers and Players since 2017, and is a bi-lingual Spanish speaker.

Wiley Naman Strasser

Scott Cox Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he has performed in film, commercials and over 30 theater productions. Scott enjoyed a corporate career at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and The Gap, and found a perfect bridge between theatre and corporate work when he began facilitating training for medical professionals and creating engaging post-show talkbacks between audience members and the cast at New Conservatory Theatre Center and San Francisco Playhouse. Scott teaches improv and performs role-play training. He believes that employing emotional intelligence in the workplace transforms both participants and observers’ ability to engage with passion and power at work

Scott Cox

Sohm moved to Los Angeles from London in early 2017 and has been acting since the age of 14. She has a BA Hons in Acting from Italia Conti Academy, and also studied Film Making at the New York Film Academy and Comedy Sitcom at Lesly Kahn in LA. Sohm speaks Hindi and Punjabi. Her business experience spans over 15 years, and she has had a long career in sales and marketing. Her extensive roleplay work has been mainly in the UK, with clients that include the NHS, Centrica Gas, Tower Hamlets Council, and the Ministry of Justice. She is experienced in multiple workplace scenarios, responding with sensitivity and relevance to each individual, challenging when needed, providing practical and personal feedback.

Sohm Kapila

Seema is an accomplished actor, writer, and director in India and the RTP, NC area. she has 2 Master’s degrees (MBA, MHA). Seema has worked in Finance, IT and Healthcare for over 20 years. Some acting credits include: The Great Celestial Cow, Chakra, Secret Garden, Black Nativity and The Women. Seema is a voice talent for the UNCTV talent labs and a storyteller at Triangle Radio Reading Service, a radio station for the visually impaired. Seema is a mentor and coach for corporate leaders and medical students, training them to effectively deal with challenging situations

Seema Kukreja

Radhika is an actor and educator in San Francisco with an Ed.D. from Harvard Graduate School. She has acted with Shotgun Theater, Silicon Valley Shakes and Cutting Ball Theater. She is in the web series Hiraeth and Strings Attached on Amazon Prime. She has taught at San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, American Conservatory Theater, Cutting Ball Theater, LifeTheater Services, Stanford University, UCSF, USF etc. and isa Board member of Same Boat Theater Collective, working to create awareness about environmental sustainability through Theater Arts. Her work as a roleplayer, coach and facilitator is sought after.

Radhika Rao

Reuben is of Filipino-Chinese Heritage. In Manila, he portrayed iconic roles, such as Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire, Eilert Loevborg in Hedda Gabler, and Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing. Now in Los Angeles, selected credits include – TV/New Media: Officer John Enochty in Bosch (Amazon Prime) FG97 in The Web Opera (Best Shorts Competition Award of Merit), Film: Ty in Zoombies (Syfy Channel), Theater: Da in Beijing Spring (East West Players). He is a proud member of Peers and Players. Under the guidance of Lisa Peers, he has developed a passion for Corporate Communications. Through empathy and practice, he believes that we can make workplaces better for a healthier, and more invigorating world.

Reuben Uy

Rainee Blake is an Australian-born actress, coach and educator based in Los Angeles. Rainee has studied at University of Sydney and various singing, voice and acting teachers in Los Angeles and abroad. She is known for her recurring role as Alannah Curtis on CMT’s Nashville as well as her original music. Rainee has a coaching business empowering people to use their voice with presence.

Rainee’s roleplay and coaching work includes Courageous Conversations and Micro-aggressions awareness. Her methodology centers on practicing presence and empathy in the workplace.

Rainee Blake

Rob is a veteran actor in film, television and on stage in New York City, Los Angeles and Washington, DC. As a Solution Consultant he provided document management software solutions, business case analysis and technical training. Skills include Management and Leadership coaching, Administration and Communication Skills coaching. He teaches film acting, and has coached business leaders on presentation skills performed medical role-play and critical conversations, as well as creating and facilitating roleplay sessions and playing senior roles.

Rob Leo Roy

Ray studied acting early in his career and performed on stage in several musicals/dramas in the SF Bay Area. He also ventured briefly into stage directing with several local theatre groups while successfully navigating a 40+ year career in Corporate America. Currently, as a business career coach, Ray infuses his acting knowledge when advising clients, 1-1 and in workshops. He advocates delivery over content and authenticity in all personal interactions. Ray enjoys his recurring role with Peers And Players as a coach/actor.
